ISO 9001 Quality Management System
The ISO 9001 training enhances delegate’s understanding in Quality Management System (QMS) principles and helps develop necessary expertise to perform a Quality Management System audit by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques. A well-implemented and maintained Quality Management System not only helps to cut costs but also boost efficiency and win your customers confidence. This training will give hands-on experience and the delegates will be able to master audit techniques and become competent to manage audit related program, team, communication with customers, conflict resolution and much more.
Target Audience
This qualification has been designed to develop knowledge and skills required to conduct a full audit of an organization’s Quality Management System targeting following professionals such as prospective lead auditors, C-level executives, consultants, managers, engineers, who want to be aware of entire QMS auditing process.
Course Prerequisites
There are no official prerequisites for ISO 9001 auditor training course, however Shengel ED recommends following expertise:
- Knowledge of quality management system.
- Basic understanding of quality management principles like Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA)
- Commonly used management terms and definitions as laid out by the ISO
Course Duration
The recommended guided learning hours for this qualification is 5 Days or 40 hours ( approx.) .
Day 1: Introduction to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001
Day 2: Audit principles, preparation and launching of an audit
Day 3: On-site audit activities
Day 4: Closing the audit
Day 5: Certification Exam
Learning Outcomes

Assessment Methodology
This qualification is assessed by written examination.
